Hi there! It's almost December now. It's a high time to decorate home and Inspire me Christmas is here to help you. Together with Kasia we will share some ideas on how to invite holiday spirit to your house. Kasia has a great DIY for a pom-pom wreath, and I have a handful of simple instructions for various decorations.

Filcowe choinki
Felt christmas trees
Będziecie potrzebować: arkusza filcu, nici, muliny, koralików, igłę, nożyczki, cyrkiel, papierowy wykrój, coś do odrysowania wykroju.
You will need: sheet of felt, thread, embroidery thread, glass beads, needle, scissors drafting compass, paper stencil, something to write on felt.
Zrób to sam: narysuj wykrój skłądający się z ćwierci koła oraz koła o promieniu 4 razy mniejszym od ćwiartki (nareszcie wiem po co jest mi potrzebna matematyka :P); odrysuj wykrój na arkuszu filcu i wytnij elementy; ozdób koralikami bądź muliną ćwiartkę koła, zszyj z boku (ozdobami do środka); wywiń na prawą stronę, wypełnij watoliną (ikeowe poduszki za kika złotych są idealne), doszyj spód i gotowe!
Do it yourself: prepare the stencil by drawing a quarter of a bigger circle and a smaller circle with radius 4 time smaller than of the big quarter (at last I know why I had math at school :P); trace the stencil on the sheet of felt, cut out the shapes; decorate the big quarter with beads or embroidery thread and sew it alongside (with decorations inside); pull over the shape so decorations are outside, fill it with cushion filling (the cheap ones from ikea are perfect) and sew the bottom; it's ready!
Choinki ozdabiałam na kilka sposobów. Przyszywałam koraliki, robiłam supełki francuskie albo magiciem przyklejałam cekiny. Każdy sposób daje inny efekt, a razem tworzą udaną całość.
I decorated the trees in several different ways. I sew on the beads, or made french knots or glued on the sequins. Each method gives a different result but all together they look very good.
